Your remix was removed because the original author flagged it. You hadn't asked permission to remix his work, and it was copyrighted. I could have banned you for 30 days for remixing copyrighted content (not allowed because we could get sued), but since it wasn't obvious that Stereo Madness was copyrighted, I didn't feel it was necessary.
Excepting dead people and artists who have already specified you may freely remix their work, please contact artists before you do so. If they flag a derivative work on those grounds, we're legally obligated to remove the offending songs. In other words, this could have been avoided by shooting someone a PM!
